SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

PRE-DESIGNED ORDER SHIPPING

Please allow for 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders will be shipped through U.S. Postal Service. For international orders and APO/ FPO only ground shipping is available.

 

CUSTOM ORDER SHIPPING

Once we receive your request. We will notify you via E-Mail you the time frame for your order to be completed and shipped to you. For more information please refer to the custom order policy.

 

Please note all products are made to order only.

 

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange only.

 

  • If the Item was damaged during shipment.

  • If the item arrived defective.

  • If we shipped the wrong item.

 

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Please include the following information.

 

  • Your order ID

  • Your name, address, e-mail address and daytime phone number.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.   

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

Send us an email to info@northern-graphics.com explaining the problem and include the following information. Why you want to return the item, include photos or video of the problem.

 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
